Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Thank you for understanding that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. This policy helps us respect the time of our clients and our providers while allowing us the opportunity to accommodate clients on our waitlist.
